1 Month Old

It's hard to believe it's been a whole month already since Jarom was born. He's already changed so much since those first few days. Thursday night he actually slept through the whole night. I woke up around 5 am and freaked out a little because he hadn't woken up at all. After I checked on him to make sure he was still breathing I realized how refreshed I was and couldn't remember the last time I'd gotten a night of uninterrupted sleep. We hoped this was the start of a trend and not just a fluke but alas, he woke up around 1:30 this morning crying like we were starving him! I think he was probably just sleeping a lot because he was going through a growth spurt. He looked bigger to us yesterday than he had the day before. He has started smiling when he's awake and not just when he's sleeping although I don't know if they are real smiles for sure yet. But he definitely gets cuter every day. I got stopped three times in the grocery store yesterday by people telling me how cute he is!
