We have worked on the Mini Baja as a senior project for the past 34 weeks. Most of us have spent 5-10 hours per week on it. We had to design, analyze, test, build, and manufacture the whole baja. The Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE) supplied the 10 hp motor for us. Yesterday (4/12/08) we finally had enough of the baja assembled to test it out. We only lost a few nuts and bolts, but hey, it stayed together and still drives. We only have two weeks left to finish up the final details.
